Waterborne Undercoat

Characteristics

Waterborne undercoat has developed to deliver exceptional covering power. It’s tough, very hardwearing and has a contemporary matte finish. Suitable for both interior and exterior with low VOC content.

Pre-treatment

The substrates to be painted should be clean, dry and compact without loose materials such as efflorescence which must be removed prior to painting.

Thin up to 30% with clean, fresh water according to substrate absorption. It dries to touch within 1 hour at 25 degrees centigrade under can be recoated and normal conditions in 2- 3 hours.

Covering capacity

13-17 square meters / liter depending on substrates with 30 microns film thickness.

Specific gravity 

Approximately 1.25 depending on shade.

Packaging 

– 1 US gallon.

– 22 Kg / pail.

Storage 

Should be stored in a cool place away from freezing and not subject to extremes of heat or placed in direct sunlight.
