Stone Water Repellent

Characteristics

Mictel stone water repellent has good penetration into absorbent mineral building materials. It is suitable for many substrates, such as brick, concrete, natural stone, plasters, etc.

Substrate preparation

The surfaces must be clean and dry. Brush off loose materials, fill cracks and remove stained spots.

The product can be applied by spraying or by brush to the dry, porous building material in one or several coats. It should be applied generously and evenly and a second coat should be applied while the first is still wet.

Packaging

The product is available in 18 liters pails.

Storage

The product must be protected against frost and heat. Storage at temperatures below 5 degrees centigrade and above 40 degrees centigrade should be avoided. If it is stored over a long period, the product should be homogenized by stirring before application.
