Mictel Synthetic Enamel

Characteristics

Mictel Synthetic Enamel is a superior quality hard wearing with an excellent gloss for most types of interior and exterior surfaces. It is formulated on maximum lightest pigments, and has good flexibility with an excellent durability.

It can be used on wood and all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metal: iron, steel, aluminum etc… When applied over the Mictel under coat.

Pre-treatment

It is very important to remove dirt , grease , oil and rust before painting and ensure that the surface is perfectly clean and dry.

Apply Mictel undercoat first, allow to dry thoroughly, then apply Mictel Synthetic Enamel as required.

Method of application

Bush, paint-roller or spray gun (air or airless) may be used.

Stir well and thin with white spirit as required before use.

Covering capacity 

16-20 sq. m. / liter, at 30-40 micron wet film thickness, depending on the substrate.

Packaging

Mictel Synthetic Enamel is available in the following standard packs:

– 1 US gallons.

– 20 kg pail.

Storage 

Should be stored in a cool place and not subjected to extremes of heat or placed in direct sunlight.
